With over 26 years of experience, I've developed a heartfelt understanding of the complexities of being human, recognizing how our minds can lead to suffering that often goes beyond logic. Trained in many psychotherapies, I focus on you as an individual, not just your symptoms. Using an integrative approach, I warmly guide people from all walks of life towards balance, helping you gently release the past, heal old wounds, and develop your own coping skills for lasting well-being, inner strength, peace, and joy. My service as a psychotherapist in the Air Force, including time spent in war, has further deepened my understanding of the human spirit.
